魁北克-上海合作的新里程
3月10日，魁北克政府和上海市政府的友好合作又向前迈出了一大步。在魁北克-上海联合工作组第二次会议圆满结束之际，魁北克政府驻中国办事处主任雷平江先生与上海市人民政府外事办公室副主任贝兆健先生签署了会议纪要，旨在巩固加强魁北克与上海之间的友好关系，并公布了获得两年政府财政资助的新一轮两地合作项目征集结果。 在此次会面中，两位领导就庆祝魁北克政府与上海市政府签署《魁北克-上海建立友好省市关系协议书》十周年达成了共识。魁北克将参加于2021年5月21日至7月2日在上海举行的中国花卉博览会，对两地政府来说，这也是十周年庆祝活动的重点之一。 会谈期间，雷平江先生和贝兆健先生对近年来魁北克和上海之间的友好关系的发展表示满意，同时也表达了对加深两地交流与合作的期望。加强两地经济联系是交谈的重要主题之一。自2018年首届中国国际进口博览会举办以来，魁北克企业一直积极参与其中。值两地庆祝缔结友好省市关系十周年之际，魁北克也将积极参与计划于2021年11月举办的的新一届中国国际进口博览会。此外，上海也欢迎魁北克企业到访考察上海市政府计划在未来几年内重点开发的五大新城，这些十四五规划下的新片区将为外国企业提供更多不同领域的发展商机。 两位领导还着重指出，魁北克感谢上海市政府向魁北克省和蒙特利尔市人民捐赠的抗疫物资和个人防护装备。 经过评估，共有四（4）个项目入选魁北克-上海合作协议框架。这些项目涵盖教育培训、酒店餐饮、创意产业以及科学技术等领域。在接下来的两年中，这四个项目将总共获得42000加元的政府经费支持。魁北克政府和上海市政府还表示，除了财政资助，两地也将提供技术支持，以促进合作项目的顺利开展。这些合作项目也证明，新冠疫情并不能影响双方以互惠互利的方式进行合作的共同心愿。魁北克-上海联合工作组的第三次会议计划将于2022年举行。...
