Sep 27 | Individual Income Tax Reform Seminar

September 22, 2021 / CanCham

CanCham invites you to join the Individual Income Tax Reform Seminar on September 27th, 2021.

The year 2021 is the third year of the PRC Individual Income tax reform of the year 2019. Certain preferential tax policies for the three-year transitional period will be invalidated by end of this year. The new changes to income taxes regarding benefits such as annual performance bonuses can significantly impact company tax costs or expats directly. Many companies and expats are looking forward to understanding the implications and finding solutions.

At the same time, there still exists some valid preferential treatment on equity income as well as some new tax support for “high-quality talents” in specific areas, such as Lin Gang of Shanghai, the Greater Bay Area, and Hainan Province. Many companies and expats are looking forward to understanding how to utilize those policies to achieve tax efficiency.

This seminar will share the most updated regulations, practices, present tax planning opportunities, and provide other relevant information for companies and expats.
