abacare: Business Development Executive/Manager
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business to achieve set targets defined with the Team Manager/General Manager
with the support of client servicing team. - Build portfolio of prospects.
- Work with Team Manager and General Manager to identify new clients, target client sector and
create, build and develop a pipeline of prospects. - Maintain and service existing clients to achieve successful renewal ratio with the support of
Team Manager, General Manager and client servicing team. - Perform ad hoc project assigned by supervisor
Requirements: - Position based in Shanghai, travels may be required time to time
- Relevant work experience related to business development, financial industry, insurance, and
consultant experience is preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, native English speaking is preferred
- Proficiency in using MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Self-motivated, go getter attitude, able to work under pressure to achieve targets
