Jul 15 | HR Commitee Presents: Rogue Employees – The Hack From Within
Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai is delighted to organize an offline seminar with the Human Resources Committee on July 15.
No company is immune to employees going rogue. Document theft or destruction, corporate secrets leaked to the public, sabotage of IT infrastructure, rogue employees can leave a trail of ruins and destruction in their wake. But does it have to be the case?
During this session we will first discuss the motivation behind rogue employees, what triggers them to act and the threats they create for companies. We will then cover the actions that can be undertaken to manage such risk at a time where employment stability is shaken by a global pandemic and that the specter of layoffs can push the most loyal employee to turn against the company.
Once the detection and prevention have been laid down, we will move forward with reaction. Under pressure, a company properly handling a crisis can significantly improve the outcome. Importantly, after the fires have been extinguished, the company must look back and learn how to avoid the situation from happening again.
