Alice (Qiao) Peng

Partner at R&P China Lawyers

Partner at R&P China Lawyers, started her career as a prosecutor and worked for leading national law firm Jun He Law Office and the Shanghai office of international law firm Simmons & Simmons, and worked for the international pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca as the senior global compliance investigation director. She has unique expertise dealing with compliance issues, including commercial bribery and FCPA matters, building internal control systems including executing compliance investigations, and responding to investigations by government authorities.

Tim Klatte

Forensic Advisory Services at Grant Thornton, China

Partner and Head of the Shanghai Forensic Advisory Services practice of Grant Thornton China. With 27 years of China-related experience, and over 15 years working in Shanghai, Tim has conducted more than 500 investigations across multiple industries and all regions of China. He holds both an MBA and DBA, with concentrations in International Business. He is the Chairman of the AmCham Shanghai Ethics & Compliance Committee and the Co-Chairman of the American Bar Association, China Committee. Tim is also an Adjunct Professor in Webster University’s MBA Program teaching courses on “Globalization” & “Anti-Competition & Anti-Monopoly Issues.” Finally, Tim is currently co-authoring a book on corporate compliance in China titled Ethically Powered.

Art Dicker

Director at R&P China Lawyers

Director at R&P China Lawyers and focuses on general corporate, regulatory & compliance, commercial, and M&A, and venture capital transactions for technology, manufacturing, and consumer companies in China. Art was previously Asia Pacific General Counsel at Cadence Design Systems, a NASDAQ-listed semiconductor design software and hardware company and Co-Chair of the AmCham Shanghai Legal Committee. Art has 14 years of legal experience in China and is fluent in written and spoken Chinese.
