The event was a vibrant gathering of the Canadian business community in Shanghai, reflecting on the past year’s achievements and looking forward to an exciting future.
The evening commenced with heartfelt opening remarks by CanCham Chair, Jenny Fan, setting an inspiring tone. This was followed by insightful comments from CanCham Honorary President, Consul General Dave Murphy, who emphasized the strength and potential of Canadian-Chinese business relations. The event also served as an opportunity to extend a special thanks to CanCham’s Platinum Members, whose unwavering support is pivotal to our mission.
No resolutions were voted on during the meeting, allowing more time for the invaluable networking sessions that bookended the formal reports. These interactions are a cornerstone of CanCham events, offering members the chance to connect, share insights, and foster collaborations that drive business success.
