CanCham AGM 2025 Voting Instructions
The Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai welcomes all members to join CanCham’s Annual General Meeting 2025 on March 25th. This year’s AGM is an election AGM for the 2025-2027 term of the CanCham Board of Directors, so we encourage all of our members to attend and vote.
Voting Instructions:
You may cast your vote at the Election AGM if you are either an Professional Individual Member or the voting representative of a Platinum, Corporate, Government & Trade Association or Academy Member.
Please note that only votes cast by the Voting Representative of a Platinum, Corporate, Government & Trade Association or Academy Member will be counted.
If you do not know who your Voting Representative is, or need to update who your Voting Representative is, please contact membership@cancham.asia to inquire and confirm.
Non-Members, Honorary Members, Young Professional Individuals Members, Community Members, Student & Alumni Members may not vote.
Absentee Voting:
If you are unable to attend CanCham AGM 2025 in person, you may cast your vote in absentia, please kindly inform us at membership@cancham.asia. You may vote through an absentee ballot that will be sent to you. The instructions for voting through the absentee ballot will be attached in that email.
Please note that only votes cast by the Voting Representative of a Platinum, Corporate, Government & Trade Association or Academy Member will be counted.
PLEASE NOTE, the DEADLINE for Absentee Ballots is March 24th, 2025, at 18:00 CST. All Absentee Ballots received after this time will NOT be counted.
