A Taste of Canada – Surf and Turf Summer Carnival

Partner with Consulate General of Canada, Canadian Beef International Institute and qualified Canadian seafood companies, Four Seasons Hotel Shanghai launched it’s very first Canadian food promotion this summer. Menus from Shintaro Japanese restaurant and Steak House restaurant are presenting selective premium surf and turf dishes to all diners. Not only in Steak House, Sintaro is also part of the carnival from July to Sep. Mixed with Japanese elements, Shintaro is offering Fanny Bay oysters and Canadian lobsters. Breed in a relatively warmer sea area, Fanny Bay oysters are with a mild taste. Except oysters, Canadian lobsters generate high popularities. Grilled with cheese and garlic, the nice teppanyaki smell makes every guest mouth-watering. 生蚝3

  枫叶国的“蚝”情 有食客如是评价:“美食界的绝版生蚝必选加拿大芬尼湾生蚝”。这个海域内的海水相对温暖,口感比较温和,因此芬尼湾生蚝的长成周期比较短,肉质瘦且紧实,海水味不太重,并有着淡淡的蔬果气息。 新太郎 新太郎选用加拿大芬尼湾生蚝,特调颇具东瀛风味的日式香橙柠檬醋,既有酱油的咸鲜,也有柑橘类的酸爽,与芬尼湾生蚝相得益彰。 生蚝 除了肥美的生蚝,新太郎还引进了被海鲜爱好者们誉为海鲜之王的硬壳大西洋加拿大龙虾。新将鲜美的龙虾用蒜蓉黄油在铁板烧上焗烤,香气四溢,让人垂涎欲滴。
