??�a�?aY?e?�i??a?S?��i?�?S�e��a�?e????�e�?a��a?? This role will support foreign Business Managers to lead client projects from sourcing of candidates until deals closure and will maintain the pool of candidates.

Location: Shanghai, close to Jing’An Temple Responsibilities: 1) Source candidates Identify regularly new candidates under internet and contacts/networking. Develop new talents acquisitions through partnerships Responsible for contact with Chinese universities Create and publish job postings 2) Define the sourcing plan for each project Understand and analyses project requirements with the business manager: describes in detail the company, the role, responsibilities, goals and key challenges of the position, the experience, qualifications and competencies Elaborate the Search Strategy: define the universe of target companies by industry, competition, product type and geographic location, identification and long-listing of all information source 3) Candidate Screen And Shortlist 4) Participate in selection of candidates Source and reviews CVs Schedule meeting with candidates to confirm their interest, Collect NDA Call candidates to get first information (salary information, interest in JD, location, level in Chinese/ English, a��) Participate to the first evaluation Perform the references check Provide the business managers with resume sheet of candidates proposed, create blind resumes. After first screening and evaluation of potential candidates, a shortlist of 3-4 most qualified candidates is made and detailed background reports are submitted to our clients 5) Follow up of candidates : Debrief after a client meeting Contact unselected candidates 6) Update the Documentation and database Centralize all candidate CVs and upload them in our a�?pool sheeta�? Keep the tools information updated regularly on line: a�?candidate follow upa�?, CVs, a�?pool candidatesa�? 7) Contact Chinese HR managers as needed on business manager requests Assist in the contracts preparation 8) Assist in various jobs in the office Office management tasks and other administrative tasks Marketing tasks (events organizationa��) 9) Participate weekly in operational meetings Requirements: Bachelor degree or above, HR major preferred Good English language skill in both written and spoken is a MUST.
