Short-listed candidates should be able to participate in tests and/or interviews in Shanghai at own expense. The successful candidate will be required to relocate to Shanghai at own expense.

Mandatory requirements:

Graduation from College or University

Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
Proficiency in Mandarin (reading, writing, speaking)

Experience in dealing with the general public;
Demonstrated experience working on a PC in a network environment

Ability to type 30 words per minute;
Ability to write effective business correspondence in Chinese and English

Proficiency in French (reading, writing and speaking)

Previous work experience at a foreign Mission, Embassy or Consulate
Experience working with airlines or in immigration related field

Knowledge of Canadian immigration law, policies, procedures and operations

Operational Requirement:
Ability and willingness to work overtime on short notice as required;
Able to travel domestically and internationally as required
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid working authorization in China is a condition of your employment at the Embassy or Consulate.
