The CAL approach blends ancient Chinese Wisdom like Taoism with modern western knowledge like Complexity Science, for a unique and effective way to change leadership mindset which enables better results faster for less resource and stress.
Their in-company customised interventions fall into three categories:
- Awareness – interactive workshops which introduce this new approach to enable leaders achieve a new perspective on the challenges they face. These range from ½ day to the full 2 day “Core Foundation Workshop”.
- Enhanced Behaviour– our flagship award winning 70-20-10 programme, consists of the 10% being kick-off workshops, 20% being self-organised co-coaching with mentoring support and 70% of learning from daily application on the day job, supported by on-line digital dynamic resources.
- Organisational Enhancement – these build on the two possibilities above, are more modular in customise design, also looking at legacy policies and processes which need to be changed to enable full agility, speed and self-organisation.
