Dr. Shi Bisset

Founding Associate of Shi Bisset & Associates, an Organisational Development Consultancy which is specialised in Change, Behavioural Development and Cross-Cultural Issues.

  • Doctorate in organisational psychology – expert on cross-cultural issues. Senior Fellow of the world renowned Conference Board – the longest running international think tank on human capital development.
  • A certified Lominger Associate, she is also a Master Certifier for 80 other tools including HR Chally, Hogan and ITAP’s CWQ2.
  • Has developed several executive management assessment instruments and implemented related development coaching, and designed curriculum & programmes for senior and middle management levels.

Prior to starting Shi Bisset & Associates, Shi was BASF & Virgin Atlantic Airways principal Organisational Development Consultant in Japan & China respectively. She was involved in designing & implementing 360 & other employee feedback instruments, performance appraisals, executive & behavioural mentoring and coaching, career development workshops, retention workshops & other related, competency-linked training for middle & senior management. Having worked extensively in Asia and the Middle East for the past 23 years she has extensive experience in creating high-end cross-cultural management and leadership development programmes.



Vicky Wang

HR Director, RSA Group China Vicky is a seasoned HR Executives with 15+ years of HRM professional experience across the industries of manufacturing, R&D, engineering and financial services. Vicky’s areas of expertise in Human Resource Management include organization design and planning, talent management, employee engagement, coaching, labor relationship and talent cross-culture. Vicky graduated from the University of Hull, with a Masters degree in Business Administration.

  • A strategic partner to the business in transforming HR services and organizational development to drive real change and improve performance.
  • Rich experience in leading HR projects, such as Developing strategies and actions to increase employee engagement, formulating HR policies and procedures, design of talent development program and etc.
  • Expert in employee relations with well-versed in PRC labor laws and Psychology. A lot of successful cases like internal communications, employee grievance, labor dispute and etc.
  • High personal energy levels to enthuse and activate others with strong relationship management, coaching and influencing capability.
