Key Account Manager

- Develops an account business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability;
- New customer acquisition & existing key customers retaining/ further development;
- Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team if requires for effective search of sales leads and prospects;
- Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed;
- Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Representatives;
- Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed sales applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin;
- Other tasks appointed by management.
- Experience in account management;
- Strong organizational and communication skills are essential;
- Good organizational and administration skills and strong attention to details;
- A flexible approach to work and an ability to work under pressure;
- Profound FMCG sales experience required, Beverage market experience will be a plus;
- Advanced computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
