Key Account Manager

  1. Develops an account business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability;
  2. New customer acquisition & existing key customers retaining/ further development;
  3. Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team if requires for effective search of sales leads and prospects;
  4. Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed;
  5. Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Representatives;
  6. Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed sales applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin;
  7. Other tasks appointed by management.


  1. Experience in account management;
  2. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential;
  3. Good organizational and administration skills and strong attention to details;
  4. A flexible approach to work and an ability to work under pressure;
  5. Profound FMCG sales experience required, Beverage market experience will be a plus;
  6. Advanced computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
