Key Responsibilities
- Track the remittance, refund, and other bank business at BOC bank account;
- Assists with data entry of the financial system;
- Scanning and filing all the payment and other documents;
- Field work related to Tax Bureau;
- As requested in the preparation of letters, memoranda, reports, presentations, and other administrative or clerical duties;
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- A university student, or undergraduate degree related to accounting major.
- Proficient in financial and office software;
- Good oral and writing skills in Chinese and English.
