MAJOR FUNCTION
A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�To manage relationships with existing clients and seek opportunities for up-selling additional services.
A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�To actively develop new client, prospect and introducer relationships with a view to securing new clients.
A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�To actively perform Marketing research and propose appropriate action plans
A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�To assist the Head of Marketing in marketing and promoting Orangefield Group services through targeted marketing campaigns aimed at new and existing channels and prospects
A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�Actively support the business development function as managed by Marketing
A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�Undertake market intelligence reports

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�To research for new prospects, introducers and channels for business development activities
A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�To examine existing relationships and channels for new business opportunities in other areas of the Orangefield Group service range.
A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�To actively engage with and build depth in the relationships with existing clients
A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�To analyze research, consider options and recommendations, then propose action plans
A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�To research marketing materials, as required
A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�To provide timely, updated market data
A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�To communicate relevant information to the Head of Marketing on a timely basis
A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�To prepare prospects, introducers, clients, events and other lists of action as and when required
A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�To research, design and execute on trade-targeted marketing campaigns in conjunction with appropriate departmental resources
A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�To work on projects as defined by the Sales and Marketing Plan such as competitor research and analysis
A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�To assist with production of prospecting tools and materials
A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�To ensure statistics are maintained and updated for marketing purposes
A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�To ensure that the customer service processes, including referring individuals correctly by telephone is maintained to the highest standard of service
A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�To undertake account profiling of trade clients on a quarterly basis
A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�To perform specific duties that may be assigned by Management from time to time
A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�A�To review incoming newsletters and documents and extract relevant information for Management

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
qA�Tertiary education on marketing studies, accounting or law
qA�Proficiency in English and Mandarin
