MAJOR FUNCTION
·         To manage relationships with existing clients and seek opportunities for up-selling additional services.
·         To actively develop new client, prospect and introducer relationships with a view to securing new clients.
·         To actively perform Marketing research and propose appropriate action plans
·         To assist the Head of Marketing in marketing and promoting Orangefield Group services through targeted marketing campaigns aimed at new and existing channels and prospects
·         Actively support the business development function as managed by Marketing
·         Undertake market intelligence reports
 
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
·         To research for new prospects, introducers and channels for business development activities
·         To examine existing relationships and channels for new business opportunities in other areas of the Orangefield Group service range.
·         To actively engage with and build depth in the relationships with existing clients
·         To analyze research, consider options and recommendations, then propose action plans
·         To research marketing materials, as required
·         To provide timely, updated market data
·         To communicate relevant information to the Head of Marketing on a timely basis
·         To prepare prospects, introducers, clients, events and other lists of action as and when required
·         To research, design and execute on trade-targeted marketing campaigns in conjunction with appropriate departmental resources
·         To work on projects as defined by the Sales and Marketing Plan such as competitor research and analysis
·         To assist with production of prospecting tools and materials
·         To ensure statistics are maintained and updated for marketing purposes
·         To ensure that the customer service processes, including referring individuals correctly by telephone is maintained to the highest standard of service
·         To undertake account profiling of trade clients on a quarterly basis
·         To perform specific duties that may be assigned by Management from time to time
·         To review incoming newsletters and documents and extract relevant information for Management

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
q Tertiary education on marketing studies, accounting or law
q Proficiency in English and Mandarin
