Responsibilities:

Key member of the dynamic and growing Finance team, reporting to the Senior Financial Analyst,

the financial planning analyst will be:

-  Responsible for monthly studio P&L reporting, submission and analysis

-  Responsible for monthly  supporting department & IT shared service budgets reporting & controlling

-  Responsible for monthly employee timesheet system closing, reporting & controlling. Close work with all production team, production management and HR.

-  Actively participate in the annual and quarter studio budget forecast and submission

-  Monthly accounting general checking

-  Lead the department budgets tracking, controlling and analyzing

-  Be able to support department head on budget related requests, and work with cross department

-  Help on the improvement of the reporting process and work flow

-  Assist Financial Planning team & departments as needed

 

Requirements:

-  Master degree with major in Finance/accounting or Major business school

-  Minimum 4 to 5 years working experience (working experience in game/IT industry is a plus)

- International environment experience &/or abroad studies required

-  Experience with PeopleSoft, Microstategy, Hyperion system is a plus

-  Excellent Excel skills required

-  Profound ability in financial data analysis and reporting

-  Strong ability to organize and facilitate cross-departmental meeting

-  Excellent professional written and oral English communication skill

-  Good interpersonal and presentation skills

-  Ability to work independently and be responsible for the timeline and deliverable

-  Strong motivation and result oriented

-  Show team spirit and willingness to evolve in team activities
