Changes to the Board of Directors

John McDonald resigned from the Board of Directors on April 1st, 2014. CanCham Shanghai wishes to express sincere appreciation for his contribution to the Canadian business community in Shanghai over the course of his 7 years of service as a Director.

Alan Lu, Country Manager for Petro-Canada, was nominated by the Board of Directors to replace Mr. McDonald. Please join us in welcoming Mr. Lu to the team.

2014 Annual General Meeting

CanCham Shanghai held it Annual General Meeting at the Peace Hotel on March 25, 2014. Consul General Rick Savone gave the opening remarks, followed by a review of 2013 presented by Chair Richard Grams. A vote was also held on proposed amendments to the Constitution.
